We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our team at our Home Office in Dallas, TX.

Position Summary:

As a Finance Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in financial operations and analysis within a thriving retail organization. You’ll support daily financial processes, assist in reporting and analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a strong understanding of business finance in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting
Support the month-end close process and preparation of financial statements
Analyze variances in budgets and forecasts
Conduct research and compile data for ad hoc financial projects
Maintain documentation and organization of financial records
Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting
Provide general support to the Finance Department as needed

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Strong Excel skills: experience with financial systems or software is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work on-site at the Dallas, TX Home Office 5 days a week
